1x FAIRY sized Cassinia Blend - Let Go mini smudge stick. These smudge sticks allow us to let go of anything that no longer serves us, they are perfect for healers, practitioners and personal smudging rituals as are smaller and ideal for individual sesssion use. They are also a wonderful addition for smudging packs.

We are now offering our Native Australian MINI Smudge Sticks loose and unpackaged. Please further note in order to more easily identify each smudge stick type they have been tied with different coloured string. Cassinia blend is tied with red and white string.

Ingredients:

Cassinia: Allowing to let go and forgiveness
Tea Tree: Yin and yang balance, cleansing, detoxifying and purifying.
Eucalypt: Cleanses, improves physical health and strengthens the immune system.
Cypress: Letting go of grief, strength to go on.

Hand crafted from foraged Australian plants, shrubs and trees on the NSW Mid North Coast by an Intuitive Healer who consulted with Elders from the Gumbaynggir Community to ensure the authenticity of these beautiful smudge sticks.

Smudging sticks can be used every day or just when the need arises.
Simply light the stick and circulate it around your body and surroundings.

History:
The smoke of various herbs has been used for thousands of years by many cultures including Roman, Native American and Indigenous Australian.

The smudging stick method originated with the Native Americans using herbs such as sage, cedar and sweet grass.

As Smudge Sticks absorb moisture easily, please keep them wrapped. If hard to light, dry in sun or next to fire place.
